There was no information provided about walking in the area on our arrival, nor was there any information around the reception area. Considering the location, this seemed a bit odd.

I had a truly wonderful stay at a charming hotel nestled in a peaceful location. The spacious room had a balcony, allowing me to bask in the evening sun. The highlight of my stay was the delicious Thai cuisine prepared by talented Thai chefs. It was an unexpected treat in the Swiss Alps! The hotel's proximity to the train station made it convenient for exploring the Furka Pass by steam train. Despite a few minor issues, the service was efficient and accommodating. I highly recommend this hotel for a tranquil and memorable experience.

A very relaxed, efficient and pleasant small hotel. It was perfectly placed for travelling around the three passes of Neufenen, Furka and Gottard. We were travelling from Australia to the Italian Lakes and Switzerland using a hire car.

This charming hotel exceeded our expectations in so many ways. the location was fantastic, situated just on the outskirts of the village with a stunning view of the valley from our balcony. The room itself was cozy and inviting, with a comfortable bed that ensured a great night's sleep. Additionally, the attention to detail was evident in the warm atmosphere and the little touches, like the complimentary bottle of wine on the desk. The staff were incredibly accommodating and friendly, going above and beyond to make our stay memorable. Finally, the breakfast included in the room rate was delicious and offered a great start to our day.
There was truly nothing to fault about our stay here.

Location and English spoken fluently Nice room with balcony
Tv came on in the middle of the night Flies from the nearby pig-farm in the bedroom (a summer problem?). Apart from Thai dishes, the menu was poor and expensive. No dessert was offered.

The hotel is located in a great spot - not too far from the center, but also not right in the middle of everything. The staff is incredibly welcoming and goes above and beyond to help guests. The rooms are cozy, with comfortable beds and fantastic views. Breakfast is included in the price, making it a great value for the money.
No negative aspects to mention - everything was perfect!
